Twitter Web App : Sleep+stress are connected on so many levels. When our #stress is high, we may find it difficult to fall asleep. Lack of #sleep may open the way for #anxiety. Deep breathing can help with both sleep+stress. Try 4-7-8 breathing. Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 7+exhale for 8.
