Sprout Social : Remembering inventor Gustaf Dalén, who was born #OTD 150 years ago.

Dalén developed a method for emitting short flashes of light, thereby reducing gas consumption for light houses. He lost his sight in 1912 in an accidental explosion but remained active as an industrialist.
