CX Social : Cheeky monkey Hi Cheeky, thanks for your message. 5-10 year olds travel free with a fare paying adult however you will need to purchase a ticket for your 12 year old. 11-16 year olds can travel free on buses at half adult rate fare on all other TfL services. Thanks, Sue.

I'm sorry for the late response and also for any inconvenience caused. The reason you can't pay for more than one person is to prevent customers from being charged twice in a single journey.You arec charged once per journey, same as an Oyster card. Thanks, Mark.
