Android : David Drew There is also the shambolic change in Trust position on costs threats once we lodged application

Trust public statements tone & content was criticised by Francis QC, CQC and termed defamatory by Norman Lamb

But preferred by EAT to my statement with no ET findings on either

Android : David Drew Our position is backed by Supreme Court authority

Because the law was on our side it seems the ET and EAT have just decided to make no findings of fact, not take witness statements and reject the written evidence of threats from me, my wife and letters to & from Norman Lamb

Android : David Drew If at time of settling the NHS Trust CEO did not know I was threatened for costs during and after my cross examination and to secure the good faith wording in agreed statement.

Both me and the CEO were operating under a mistake/misrepresentation when we settled or he has lied

Android : David Drew Peter ‘Production Error’ Martin Norman Lamb) 's Twitter Profile">Norman Lamb Hill Dickinson LLP argue that the settlement agreement prevents ET and EAT looking into this as part of a wasted costs application

The lawyers slipped in a clause in Dr Chris Day settlement attempting to protect all lawyers from wasted costs

Android : How can appeal judge read this section of ET1, this letter from Norman Lamb and agree with ET that no witness evidence is required from lawyers or managers?

Why does judge reject cost threats in statement of me and my wife & prefer press statements termed defamatory by an MP?

Android : Imran Khan Respectfully I have got on with my life for 5 years

Im married with two kids, do locum shifts in A&E. I even coached an under 9 football team last week.

The work I do has do be done by someone and they are not queuing up

My settlement could prevent courts looking at this

Android : This is like me seeing a diabetic with chest pain looking unwell

And confidentially saying he is not having a heart attack without examining them, doing an ECG or taking any bloods.

Then when asked if the bloods, ECG and exam are normal confidently saying he is fine not needed twitter.com/drcmday/status…

Android : Pleased to be supporting my friend and colleague Edwin Jesudason in the Court of Appeal on the 19 and 20 November.

The judges in the Court of Appeal are mesmerizing and very quick to get to the heart of an issue.

They saw through HEE is ten minutes flat also thanks to James Laddie QC twitter.com/Edwin1432/stat…

Android : My personal favourite;

Chris you will be the first claimant in history to have go all the way to the Court of Appeal twice just to get to cross examine witnesses at an employment tribunal.

Android : It was hard doing the A&E locum shift today given what happened yesterday.

A lot of kind words & support from colleagues and DISBELIEF that a Judge could decide the cost threat application without witness evidence from the managers and lawyers involved in my October Tribunal. twitter.com/drcmday/status…

Android : Pamela Winders David Drew Norman Lamb This EATs conclusions even without taking statements from any lawyers present at my case is incompatible with this letter which must have been rejected also for some reason.

I have been let down by several courts in my time but yesterday was truly unbelievable.

Android : Cheryl Lee But the issue is the NHS threatening costs to induce settlement and wording in an agreed statement then denying any costs threats

Also the wasted costs threats and legal regulator referral acting as a potential conflict of interests

EAT happy with no statements from any lawyers

Android : EAT seems to have said, "We don't know if a costs threat was made. And we don't really care. It doesn't matter." What other conclusion is there? Sort of brings the law into disrepute? Norman Lamb twitter.com/drcmday/status…

Android : Shocked at the way EAT shut down a dispute between barristers on whether the NHS threatened a junior doctor for costs to induce settlement of a whistleblowing case & wording of public statement

No evidence taken from any of the barristers involved. No ET hearing or fact finding.

Android : Norman Lamb Thanks Norman. I would have been crushed like an ant last year had it not been for your support. Much respect and admiration for all you have achieved and will achieve in your new life.
