iPhone : (1/9) Hi all, Katy again- this will be my last post on Edward’s social media. I wanted to provide an update about Edward’s passing that may help people in processing it and making a little more sense of what happened.

iPhone : Sam Yarin Definitely. I think my larger point is I see trends w/ the Clippers’ lackluster defense and rebounding at times. Zubac is a better defender and rebounder than Trezz, both individually and within the team on/off #s. On the nights the team is struggling, Zu should play more.

iPhone : Sam Yarin My only counter would be he can’t control what games he plays more in. Doc has clearly trusted him more in worse matchups. Those aren’t great wins outside of Indiana and OKC, but most of them were blowouts, which Zu played a decent part in. I want to see him against better teams

Twitter Web App : The Clippers blow out the Cavaliers, 128-103, to improve to 28-13 at the midway point of the season. LA is on pace for 56 wins. Six players scored in double figures, including a season-high 43 points from Kawhi Leonard. Ivica Zubac played 25 min.

Up next: vs. Orlando on Thurs.

Twitter Web App : The Clippers have stretched their lead to 35 points, 106-71, over the Cavs heading into the fourth. The team needed a performance like this after the funk they've been in the past few games.

Kawhi: 43 pts
Zubac: 12 pts, 10 rebs, 4 blks
Lou: 21 pts
Pat Bev: 10 pts, 7 reb, 9 ast

Twitter Web App : Clippers blow this game open to close the second qtr, taking a 66-50 lead into halftime. That was one of the Clippers' best stretches in weeks.

Kawhi Leonard is dominating with 26 points on 9-of-13 shooting. Lou Will has 13 pts + 4 ast. Ivica Zubac has 4 pts, 4 rebs and 4 blks.

iPhone : The Clippers have a center problem — just not the one most think.

Despite being one of the league’s better rebounders and rim-protectors, Ivica Zubac isn’t playing much.

iPhone : Doc Rivers said there is no update on Paul George’s status yet. “He’s still progressing,” Rivers said.

iPhone : Darius Soriano Ry Trezz is understandably gassed by middle of the fourth. Part of the team’s recent inability to hold leads is giving up too many offensive rebounds late. That doesn’t happen as much against Zu. I also think Zu is better offensively as a roller/off. rebounder than given credit for

iPhone : Darius Soriano Ry The easiest fix IMO is to give Trezz a breather to start 4th and then play him final 7-8 min.

Zu’s typical minutes breakdown:

1st: 6-7 min
2nd: 4-5 min (midway or late)
3rd: 5-6 min
4th: 0 min (1-2 min stretch at most)

I’d like to see 4-5 min to start 4th.

iPhone : Ry Yeah, I think JaMychal might be the middle ground here. I just think it’s unsustainable to play Trezz 16-20 straight min in the second half and expect him to be playing his hardest.

iPhone : Ry Idk if you read it but the minutes distribution right now is 29/17 and I think it should be closer to 26/22 or something along those lines. There’s too many nights Zu plays 14-16 min. That shouldn’t happen. Should always be in 18-22 min range, including more second half min
